We are pleased to announce that our company has completed a business acquisition. With this letter, we would like to inform you about the most important points about this acquisition.
 

Acquisition

Mr. Martin Höck, Managing Director of Windschiegl Maschinenbau GmbH, and Mr. Michael Becker, former Managing Director of Becker GmbH CAD-CAM-CAST, have successfully concluded the negotiations for the acquisition of Becker GmbH CAD-CAM-CAST, with retroactive effect from
January 1, 2025.
This acquisition represents a great opportunity for both companies and will lead to a strengthening of our offering and services. We see this acquisition as a positive development for all parties involved. Windschiegl Maschinenbau GmbH will complement the range of services for you, our customers, thanks to its many years of experience in the field of precision metalworking.

For our North American customers, project support will continue to be provided at our location in the United States in Wixom, Michigan, by Lothar Ullrich as the local contact person.
