Automated decoring and machining cell

1. Fully automated decoring:

• The robot loads the core package into the decoring cell, the sand free casting is removed upon cycle completion.
• Sand cores are removed by means of a swiveling, knocking and vibrating mechanism.

2. Sawing and Milling:

• A robot clamps the casting in a gripper and executes the feed motion for each machining step.

• Cubing and Deflashing
